We ship orders using DHL or UPS. The carrier is selected based on the delivery destination and available service. Delivery time begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Vantage Jacket is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
